ABOUTUS

Tweedvale Knitwear, based in Walkerburn, Scotland is a knitting mill manufacturing 100% natural animal fibre products for the UK and abroad. Predominantly working with cashmere and lambswool, we knit garments and accessories for large brands including our own labels - Kinalba Cashmere and Kearse & Boys.

 As a family run business we handcraft every product with precision and skill, employing only experts in each technical process. Running for over 40 years, the mill was taken over by Sinclair Duncan Textiles in 2023, retaining and building on existing skilled employees. Based in the Scottish Borders, known for producing world renowned luxury textiles and quality cloth for hundreds of years, we are proud to be part of maintaining this rich textile heritage.
